Because we offer both digital and physical products, our policy is slightly different for each.
Digital Products (PDFs, Printables & Downloads)
Since digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all digital purchases are final.
However, if you face any technical issue or receive the wrong file, please contact us right away — we’ll gladly fix it for you.
Physical Products (Books & Activity Kits)
We carefully pack every order, but if your item arrives damaged or defective, we’re here to help.
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share your order number and clear photos of the issue
After verification, we will be happy to offer either a replacement or a refund.
As a small business, we’re unable to offer returns or refunds for change of mind or used items. We truly appreciate your understanding and support.
